MSI offers Global marketing research to the client which extend global marketing activities to overseas market, to meet diversified research requirements and with reasonable cost. MSI supports the client with our staff members, mainly those who have experiences with overseas researches since our established, 1994.

The most important thing in conducting overseas researches is to select the suitable research institutes, according to each research theme and method. For a solution to the client's marketing problem / attainment of the goal, we choose and request the local research institutes which are capable of conducting the most effective research method promptly, accurately and reasonably, among institutes that have collaborated (done business) with us, or if necessary among listed institutes around the world(*1).

*1 As to new areas, selection is made by introduction from local institutes that have done business with us or by direct contact with listed ones of ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research).

Our staff members are able to consistently conduct a series of research activities (planning, designing, questionnaire making, tabulation and analysis) and have direct communication with local research institutes.   • Capability to meet diversified research requirements and approaches
MSI extensively utilizes qualitative researches such as Focus Group interviews and Depth interviews, in addition to other approaches by quantitative researches (face-to-face, telephone, online research, etc.). BtoB approach (Key man interview etc) is also feasible.
If necessary, MSI staff members go to actual sites to conduct negotiation with and instruction to the local research institutes.
